Our refund policy lasts 60 days.
If 60 days have gone by since you received the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Once we approved the return, we have to receive the order in the next 14 days. If this is not the case we will not accept the return.
Ground coffee is non refundable due to its perishable nature (regardless of its condition).
When you place an order, you can cancel it up to 4 hours after placing it, but please note cancellation is not guaranteed in case the order has already been processed. After this 4-hours delay the order will be processed and it is no longer possible to hold it back and issue a refund.
Note that during high volume periods (such as Black Friday sales and all the month of December) we process orders in real time so no cancelation can be made after an order has been placed.
To complete your return, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number to request a return and wait for our instructions.
If you send the item to another address than the one we provide you we cannot guarantee we will receive the product and we cannot offer a refund if the package is lost.
Once we approved the return, we have to receive the order in the next 14 days. If this is not the case we will not accept the return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
There can be certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
* The parcel is not accepted at the time of delivery (10€ will be deducted from the refund amount for restocking, shipping and management fee, unless the mistake is ours).
Late or missing refunds
Refund usually appear in your bank account within 5-10 working days.
If you haven’t received it yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted in your bank account.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com .
If you need to proceed to an exchange, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will tell you the steps to take.
To return your product, you should send us an email at email@example.com and we will give you the steps to take.
Be sure to include your order number in the parcel.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable (if you ordered during a "free shipping" promotion, there will not be any shipping fee deducted from your refund).
You must use a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and the tracking number is the only valid proof.
If the condition of the returned item is not in acceptable conditions, we reserve the right to deduct from the refund a fixed charge of 10€ for handling fees.
