What is your Black Friday Sale?
We will send 3 discount codes, one for a 50% discount with 20 coupons available, one for a 40% discount code with 100 coupons available, and one for a 30% discount code with 2000 coupons available.
Can I use this discount code with other promotions/discounts?
The discount codes can be used in conjunction with any other sale we have on the website at the moment. Yes, it means you will get cumulative discounts of up to almost 80% on some products!
How long will the sale last?
This sale is for a limited time only, and the quantities of coupons are limited as well! Keep an eye out on our social media pages on Instagram @capsuleevergreen for any information regarding our Black Friday Sale. You can also sign up to our mailing list to keep up to date.
How do I get the discount on my products?
You will need to use the codes given at the checkout to receive your discount of up to 50% off your products.
What happens if I forget to use the code?
Contact our Customer Experience team at email@example.com to see if your order is eligible for a discount and we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Do the discount codes work on coffee as well?
Yes, the discount codes will work on every products on our store!
Why is the discount not showing in my cart?
Please ensure your discount code is entered into the correct box labelled ‘Gift card or discount code’ (located on the right side of your cart overview). Also the code will need to be entered exactly as it is shown on the website/email.

I can’t find my order confirmation?
As soon as your payment is approved, you will be sent an order confirmation email. Keep a close eye on your inbox for this. Sometimes these also go to your spam/junk inbox, so be sure to check there. If you still have not received your confirmation email, please contact our Customer Experience team to ensure your details are correct.
Can I cancel or edit my order?
We have a very fast turn around of orders in our warehouse to ensure quick delivery, this means we can't guarantee orders can be edited or cancelled once placed. If you would like to edit or cancel your order please contact email@example.com as soon as possible and our team will do their best to assist you with this.
Unfortunately, once an order has been processed by our warehouse it cannot be cancelled or changed.
