Should I get a tamper with my order?
If this is your first order, we recommend you choose one of our options with the tamper included (capsule + 1 tamper), it will help you get better results.
How many capsules should I get?
It depends on how many people will use them. We advise to get around 1 capsule per person (you also save money if you purchase one of our packs)
How long do the capsules last?
They are made of the highest quality stainless steel, so If you take care of them and wash them after each use, they can last infinitely.
We have been using for more than 4 years the ones in our offices and they still work as if they were new.
Is there a guarantee if the product does not work?

Will my machine lose its warranty if i use an Evergreen Capsule?
Absolutely not. Using our capsule is the same as using a compatible capsule from a brand like Lavazza® or L’Or®, the only difference is that our capsule do not create any waste.
CanadaI'm boycotting Nespresso in order to avoid finding the genocide of Palestinians by Isreal. I needed an alternative to buying Nespresso pods as. These are excellent!!! Less waste, save money and best of all not a cent of my money is going towards funding genocide.
The product arrived promptly. Good value worked as described. Tried with a variety of coffee brands and also works well with loose tea.
Saving the planet one coffee pod at a time I switched to Nespresso as I wanted the convenience but was horrified the amount of plastic pods I was using. I still felt a little uncomfortable and came across evergreen. Big advantage over others is you don’t need to seal them. Pop in your coffee tap down pop the lid on and you are good to go. You then get free grounds to add to your compost! I started with 1, then got the dispenser (makes life sooooo much easier and cleaner). I now have 5 and start the day with a cathartic pod fill. Recommended to 3 others who have also become fans. Quick word about customer service. I did have a small problem with an order. It was solved promptly so they get 10/10 as well. Buy them worth every penny
Glad i tried it... I have been using the capsule for the Nespresso Vertuo machine for over a week now. At first, the coffee didn't seem to be that hot but this has improved. I have found it very easy to use. No problems so far and am pleased I am reducing waste by using a reusable capsule. Plus, I can experiment with different coffees. Overall, I am happy I decided to try it and would definitely recommend!
