Should I get a tamper with my order?
If this is your first order, we recommend you choose one of our options with the tamper included (capsule + 1 tamper), it will help you get better results.
How many capsules should I get?
It depends on how many people will use them. We advise to get around 1 capsule per person (you also save money if you purchase one of our packs)
How long do the capsules last?
They are made of the highest quality stainless steel, so If you take care of them and wash them after each use, they can last infinitely.
We have been using for more than 4 years the ones in our offices and they still work as if they were new.
Is there a guarantee if the product does not work?

Will my machine lose its warranty if i use an Evergreen Capsule?
Absolutely not. Using our capsule is the same as using a compatible capsule from a brand like Lavazza® or L’Or®, the only difference is that our capsule do not create any waste.

I hav bought it on 30/12, it is a complicated date. I get my packet on March 1. Two months after. Terrible. The answers where from standard publicated. I have bought 2 packs to get 2 capsules. Nobody told me that the pack has 2 capsules !!! So now I get 4 . Appart at different price(?) Terrible.

I don't have any experience at all, because I have never received them. I've been waiting for more than 3 months but never come to my door! Could you do something about it? I can not reccomend them, and I should tell to my friends and relatives not to buy them because they never could be able to use it. I hope you can do something about it. Dr. Héctor Geninazzi.

I’ve bought the new version of the evergreen capsule for dolce gusto and have been using it for the last 2 weeks. I’m a bit disappointed as my coffee is too light and taste like water… The first version of the capsule worked perfectly fine (I could make strong espresso) and I wanted to try the upgraded one, but in the end I’m only using my old one as the new capsule doesn’t fit my taste.
